I was born in 86. Haven’t felt emotions about a movie like this since sandlot. Just raw emotion at its finest. So much fun and so terribly real at the same time, all the information between characters is spread just like the period. Word of mouth, house phone call, and second hand through other friends. Very nostalgic. Unknown actors were all fantastic and the known were great as well. Spoiler… I broke down in tears at the end as I have experienced similar scenarios in life. Seriously watch this with your kids or your parents. Incredible movie for its budget. I’m still gathering myself.
