This movie is underrated. The overlooked theories of Detective Russell Poole uncovers the lies and corruption in the LAPD department and how the deaths of The Notorious B.I.G. and Tupac Shakur is still unsolved. Johnny Depp does a fabulous job playing the great Detective. The way he carried the emotions of the movie is thought provoking. It only me wonder how many characters can a man play with absolute perfection. But then we’re talking about one of the best and most versatile Actor. This movie makes the watchers wonder how many lies were uncovered due to the corruption in the police department. It’s always a pleasure to watch Forrest Whittaker. The two leads gives us a very strong and realistic acting. Overall the movie was amazing filled with suspense. If you’re into strong acting and real life biopics, this is a must watch.
