I just watched this on Netflix. Super disappointing. Why? One simple reason... no humor. More than anything, it was the humor that launched the popularity of the original films. Sure, this film gave some nods to the beginnings of the franchise (eye, chainsaw, shotgun, record, Necronomicon), but without the humor, it's just a boring, bloody mess. Huge disappointment.
