Joyful MK

This series is based on the rich and wonderful book series by Louise Penny. It has/had such promise. I understand despite achieving #1 for Prime in the US, Canada, UK and the top ten in the other markets. Amazon has decided to cancel it. While a small but vocal cadre of book fans was not happy with changes made in the adaption to TV, I believe the TV series had the potential to stand on its own for many, many seasons. I wonder if Amazon Prime gave those vocal naysayers too much power. I loved the Little House books and the TV adaptation. Wildly different and both worthy entertainment. Please do check it out. Maybe another network would appreciate a well-acted, murder mystery series that was number one out of the gate,l had lots of room to develop and grow in to 10 year series.
