To live one's best life with few/no regrets is surely the wish of all people.
The road map to such a life is set out in this thoughtful, easy to read book. A book years in the making as Joshua Becker documented the life giving changes that following a few basic principles brought about. There is nothing in this book that is beyond the capabilites of all people.
Setting aside time and space for the people and things that most matter brings remarkable rewards. To do so involves being diligent in ridding ourselves of the less meaningful distractions that pull us off our road to personal fulfillment. I recommend this book to everyone nineteen to ninety plus years old.

I'm enjoying this series but the misogyny! Every female is shown as bullying or mocking or simply hateful of our brilliant puzzle playing star. The acting throughout is superb. The theme is very similar to Death in Paradise. However, it lacks the beautiful young empathetic women and being based in England, the sunshine.
