An interesting movie and digestible thriller but it never truly gives you anything to truly latch on to. The movie boils down to a 3rd person view of what happens to bad people when bad people do bad things. There is no morality to relate with or common human decency to truly hold on to as a motif throughout the film. In other words, the main characters are shown to be human - but that relatability is overshadowed by how inhuman they are in their lack of care and empathy. This was the main glaring problem that prevented me from feeling further interested in the movie. I didn't really care what happened to the characters but I was definitely entertained by the story and what plot elements would continue to unfold. OVERALL: An interesting and entertaining movie and I would recommend to anyone to watch it if they feel like they'd want to.
