Mark Ruffalo is incredible in this show. It's absolutely heart wrenching, but it tells a story that most shows don't. Although it's fiction, it seems so realistic because it portrays people and families as imperfect. It covers mental illness, injustice, and family dynamics. This is definitely a must watch.
