this book was really good for an enthralling read, but I disagree with the notion that it is a ‘feminist book’. The themes of women supporting women, which are behind the core of feminism, aren’t nearly shown as much during the height of the book as Kiersten’s evil and the other girls’ willingness to happily submit to harming eachother. I don’t believe this book is very feminist, but excluding that, it’s a good read.
