The Ranked ban system is terrible being banned for two hours due to internet issues or being inactive for sitting still for a minute the penalty is terrible people who have work or other obligations can't enjoy the fun of ranked the players who half to deal with people who disconnect have no sr loss on games that a player disconnected unless they are partied so the ban is unnecessary at most the ban should not exceed 30 minutes
