I grew up playing this game with my family since vanilla. After all these great years, I was met with problem after problem with the WWI prepatch. Customer support was no help and in fact they threatened action against my account if I tried to pursue the matter further. I lost an entire character and thousands of items from my guild bank (they gave me back 7 things for that 🙄). All support says is “submit a bug report” but that hasn’t returned my missing character or most of my bank items. Customer support is a joke. No reason to keep playing if I can’t be sure all my hard work will still be there tomorrow. A heartbreaking end for a life of memories.
