I am a huge fan of historical dramas and this is one of the best out there. It’s lighthearted but with the right amount of drama and twists. What I liked most about Rookie Historian Goo Hae Ryung is it’s insightful perspective about life and the challenges faced when pursuing our dreams. It teaches us about chasing and taking leaps of faith to reach those dreams. Both the leads, Shin Se Kyung and Cha Eun Woo, were great in their roles. And can I just say, they were such eye-candies with oozing chemistry. The supporting cast was impressive as well. This is highly recommended!
