This book is a powerful testimony by an excellent writer who will spend his days in prison, among other innocents including women and children, because a dictator wants him there. He is eloquent and charismatic and utterly charming and draws the reader into his small cell as if for tea and then regales us quietly with this unbelievable plight of suffering and loss. I'm grateful for his sharing and distraught that I can't do more.
