It's a clever show with one amazing innovation after another. These are people I want teaching me to cook and cook well. However, I thought the recipes came out bland. So for technique they get a solid A...maybe even A+. But for recipes I'd give them a B. If it's test food it's test food...whatever that means. Count on evolving any recipes to your personal taste.
