Michael Lewis is the master---having read many of his books, I was intrigued to see what he created here. Although I am still perplexed by all things crypto, Lewis writes a compelling and fascinating account from an extremely insider perspective. Possibly the best part of this book is the author's jaw-dropping ability to gain access to such intimate details of so many characters (including and especially Sam Bankman-Fried). Either Lewis is a fraud and has made up huge chunks of this book or he's a Svengali at gaining and maintaining people's trust, even when it would seem to be the last thing they'd want to extend.
