This book has so many ways to utilize the Kangen Water Technology and just goes hand in hand in living a cleaner lifestyle. I wash & rinse my hair with the 5.0pH and have used the 2.5 strong acidic water to stop a bleeding from a cut on my finger and clean that area to prevent infection. There are so many examples I can give, but you will just have to get the book and try it for yourself. Enjoy!!
