The only problem with is 'come on' to buy this excellent heating element is how you are enticed to try for "30 days". BUT if you do not read the TRUE offer IS THAT after 30 days, you need to return the TIVA heater or your will be charged the price of $249!!! Well, it is a better deal than paying 30$ every 2-3 days buying propane to heat my living room. Which is dangerous because of the fumes. TIVA does heat my living room and we are very comfortable. We lower it to '1' for over night heat and the price of my electric bill is not outrages. You can control your electric bill with this heater where you cannot control your furnace gas bill. It heats the room I use the most. The rest of the house does not need to be heated with the furnace running day & night. We live in Utah and it gets as low as 13 degrees. On '4', it does heat almost immediately and then can be lowered to '1' for the rest of the day. It heats my living room almost 80 degrees in a few minutes. I am very happy with my TIVA. JUST remember, you will be paying $250 not $15 like the enticement!
