A great read, characters as three dimensional and chaotic as life is....set amongst the rotten fallout of aggressive empire builders.....ate some Belgian chocolate cookies shortly after reading it and to put it colorfully (HURLED CHUNKS).... served me right.....as frustrating as any book can be when you can't win against the powers that be....Tracy
