When I heard that John Krasinski was going to be Jack Ryan I was like, really? He just didn’t seem like the tough guy that I’d expect for a CIA agent. But my daughter kept pushing me to watch it. Early in the first episode when he said “I’m just an analyst,” I had a change of heart. I love the story, and I think John (and the other actors) was a perfect choice. It turns out he makes a great tough guy LOL. I can’t wait to watch the last episode with my daughter (she insisted that I watch it with her), and S2 when it comes out!
