The acting from all actors was authentic and compelling. The photography was out of this world, capturing the unique beauty of this beautiful land in a variety of locations. It was heart-touching to see the insertions of the beauty and symbolism of the flowers themselves and the way they so lovingly conveyed what is often so difficult to communicate in ordinary speech. The connection to nature as photographed in the series was opulent, moody, sensual. The music throughout contributed to exactly the right mood for me, skilfully integrated into what is an outstanding, powerful and deeply emotional series.
