Jesus, how disappointing. As a true fan of the original this is just plain sad. This is a kool-Aid version, no depth, no spiritual insight. After being excited for the movie version and being let down this was the last straw. Stop trying to recreate live versions of the incredibly written anime world that is Avatar the last air bender. We will obviously never see a rewritten version that captures the essence of magic and of old world spiritually in a way the justifies its philosophy.
