I have seen many films before and I can confirm that Minions: The Rise of Gru is defiantly a film.
Upon entry of this film, I was worried that it was just going to be a series of still images that have no correlation between each other, just like the Tate Modern. But I was wrong, this film involved movement, which is everything that I asked for.
One downside is that somebody laughed during the film, which I found odd because I found it more relieving that it wasn't like the Tate Modern which I found out afterwards is free. A little advice, do not go into a free art gallery and ask for your money back, even if you did pay £34.62 entry.
overall I would give this a 6/10 because the Tate Modern ruined it
