What started at a 5 began to lose steam as plot twist upon twist went from plausible to a few too many. The acting was good the concept began as great the humor with drama ok but the mix began to lose when it needed to build. The center idea of his goodness above all was where the story may have lost its way even if the character didn’t . It was actually a show that made me want my day back vs watching it. It was like a dress turned inside out with seams that were not stitched as the machine ran off the fabric unraveling and falling apart.

A step back in glorious time with two masterful ladies as sisters. It was a time of innocence and with a community of remarkable faces and unremarkable lives until an event changes everything. It’s all in the details of rhe sisters reactions to each other. Gardens, tea and the proper time to make a hot chocolate is the setting for this classical tale of a fish out of water in the English world. I loved every moment of this movie. Life has a way of rewarding each of us.

First off. Respect this move the cast, the writing and the fun. It held a truth of cultures and it’s still awkward yet it’s got to get out there. I loved it and I would be the Julia mother type cast but maybe her mother . That said this movie is right on time, to where our culture is. It’s “guess who is coming to dinner” 2022! This movie is entertainment ,contrasting ,everything so hop on and get real. It’s really a great movie.
