I believe this place to be a scam. I saved up for what looked to be a beautiful dress on preorder, shipping out from February… it’s mid May. Still no dress but they happily took my o et $400. They continued to take pre orders right through March and April instead of fulfilling the orders they already had. I was told they were made and being sent out when I asked for a refund after multiple requests on the whereabouts of the dress (was meant for a birthday … IN FEBRUARY !) and they said they do not refund. They have been really unhelpful and unfair. They say they’re all sustainable and about slow fashion but I am the daughter of someone who made clothes and know many designers who prefer handmade (hence why I wanted to support them) but a dress should not take almost 5 months to make. It’s not a red carpet dress. Please be aware. It’s almost $500 I feel has been stolen from me and I’ve gotten nothing in return.
