As per the name defines, Story of the movie revolves around the famous Rajput queen Padmavathi. More than just a movie its a well documented record about the culture of Rajput's. There is nothing more to talk about the story, because everyone knows that...Even if you know the story, You can enjoy the movie. Its good they came up with an idea about making the whole movie in 3D. It actually worked out as well we can simply tell this is the best Indian 3D movie ever made..When the film is too raw you have to compensate that with great visuals and music..and the crew did that in the best way they can... Sudeep Chattarji the man behind the lenses did an awesome job both in framing the shots as well as adding depth to that..and the music is the backbone of the movie...since the director himself played as the music director...Art and Sound designing were awesome..Let,s get into characterization.... Each and everyone did their roles perfectly...Especially Ranveer Singh the man who steals the show....but according to me they didn't done any justice to the role padmavat....But we can't change the history...with such a powerful character they can do a lot...the only scene where you feel great about that character is in the climax...I'm sure it will be a goosebumps for everyone......Coming to the conclusion " More than a movie it is an experience" Must watch in theatres in 3D

Just watched SARKAR - Want to share the experience with everyone SPOILER FREE.. Without wasting any time lets get in to the plot Because thats how the movie is. And talking about the plot and story there is nothing new its very well know because of the controversy that the movie faced even before its release. But thats not affecting the movie at all because there are lot of other things in the movie which you can look into. First lets talk about Vijay.. OMG the 46 year old beast on screen..He is very clear about presenting himself infront of the camera. The way that he behaves ,Walk ,smile and his mannerisms looks Super cool on the screen and according to me he is very apt for the character that he played the Corporate CEO with 99%Ego and 1% Social cause and he carries the movie in his shoulders completely simply saying Perfect match for the word "Simtaangaran" ..Talking about characters we also have to talk about Radha Ravi and Varalakshmi Sarathkumar both played their roles well .We also have to talk about the technical things about the movie..on that note first we have to notice Girish Gangadharan the Cinematographer of the film who did an excellent work and the framing and movements that he handled in stunt sequences was brilliant and the production designin..i bet that Except Sun Pictures no one can made this movie this grand and genuine..Hats off to them on that..A.R.Rahman usually did his best and delivered what required for the movie...Actually i had a dream that "How it will be?? When ARR do music for a Commercial Telugu movie.." and this movie gave the answer for that..and also the Stunt Choreographers Ram and Laxmam simply awesome..and the next hero of the movie is gonna be Jeyamohan the dialogue writer of the movie nailed it and My favourite dialouge in the movie is a dialouge about my hometown Rameswaram.. Verdict : A well known recipe from the hands of a Masterchef..✌✌

Just watched aruvi....I would like to share the experience with everyone....SPOILER FREE.... ARUVI (அருவி) - The name itself defines what the movie is....You can't determine a path for a Aruvi...like wise you can't determine the flow of the movie..The characterization of aruvi is so beautiful...Aruvi means Good,Bad,Ugly,Beautiful,Rebel,Modern...Aruvi is a beautiful characterization that i have ever seen in a movie..Every time she will an awe moment...As i already said the name defines who she is....She will go in her own way..and submerge everyone to herself....No matter how you see this film..wether as an Art movie or a Main Stream movie....It will satisfy you..After watching the movie it will create questions among yourselves...and it will redefine yoy....likewise a bath in aruvi....already said the name defines the movie...Artist who played as Aruvi ( Adithi Bala krishnan ) did an awesome job...This is enough for her career...She lived in role Aruvi...and the way that they conveyed things was awesome..... Ex: Person who played a transgender role in the movie mostly wear red color clothes...It defines her anger about the society...and yellow clothes by Aruvi defines she is neither bad nor good....you can't determine her.....Hats off to The Director and the producer....Coming to the conclusion....I'm sorry there is no conclusion for Aruvi...as i already said you can't define her...😁😁😁 LOVE YOU ARUVI- CHITRARASU

Peranbu - A very silent movie in Ram's Filmography. The movie which tells us a story between a Father (Amuthavan ) and his Cerebral Palsy-affected daughter (Pappa)..As is already said this is Ram's quietest movie ever and quietness is in his film making. The first half of the movie is set in the middle of nowhere, and in the middle of nature. A wooden house with no electricity, no mobile connectivity. Even the father daughter bonding occurs through birds, stars and horse not through Toys made of plastic. In the second half the movie movie move away from this paradise to the city. But the urban space is also an extension of nature too...instead of wood it is built with brick and cement. Peranbu is divided into Twelve chapters whose titles convey that nature can be Beautiful and Ruthless. Among other things of the nature this film talks about the sexuality is among the most natural things, and it cannot be locked behind the bars, as the framing of pappa near windows throughout the film suggests this too..On this note we also have to appreciate Director Ram for delivering this sensitive content without any compromise.Each and every character in the movie teaches you something...Say the Amuthavan . He is basically a nice man, His wife left him, He says she is not a bad woman. Someone cheats hims---he says they must have their own reasons and then there is a character called Meera, A trans gender Sex Worker, She has her own morals. Talking about the performance of the artist, Lets first talk about Mammootty, I don't know who else in the industry decide to act in this script...Despite of all his superstar status he acted as a very normal taxi driver. Undoubtedly Mammootty is one of the finest actor in the country and this movie proved it again..and lets come to Sadhana ( Pappa) without her the film is nothing even though this is a Mega Star movie...Her performance in the movie conveys the character's Physicality better than the Mentality. Technical crew of the movie need to be noticed as well..Cinematographer Theni Eshwar who did a beautiful work in the film with his Areal Shots and Time lapse...Having Mammootty in the lead role the cinematographer don't even have a second opinion to have a close up shots and he utilised that too....having lot of close up shots helps us to connect to the character emotions easily...and having Yuvan in the crew for Music is another Plus for the film..but here he followed Ram's work that is being quite... After watching Peranbu you literally have the feeling that The life you are living is so much blessed than many others in this world ...

Just watched Avengers:Infinity War, Want to share the experience with everyone SPOILER FREE Before getting in to the movie, Let me make sure something, This is not a review, this is just my opinion about the movie. I'm not matured enough to review any movie, Especially a Hollywood movie, but as a fan boy who is following the franchise for almost a decade, I do have the right to make my opinion about the movie, So lets get into the movie, First i want to appreciate Mr.Kevin Feige [ President of Marvel Studios ] for making this happen and making this as a grand release of almost 10,000 screens world wide, And of-course India is contributing 20% of that with 2,000 plus screens and i also want to Thank and appreciate RUSSO Brothers for giving such a grand and extraordinary output. Lets talk about the On Screen Heroes, I'm Sorry Villain,, Yes i said Villain, THANOS the mad Titan who steals the show with his rocking performance,Even-though he is a CGI character, He will make you Laugh, Cry and make you feel sad.In some point you will start loving Thanos.The scenes between Thanos and his step daughter Gamora will literally make you cry, The story line of the movie is very simple just stopping Thanos from collecting all the infinity stones which makes him the most powerful creature in the universe, but what makes it special actually are the characters each and every character of movie has its own depth and dimension,Especially Thanos, Hats off to the writers of the film. Talking about the Heroes they shined as usual like what they did in the previous movies.The film travels like an ECG graph with highs and lows all over the film for Every five minutes there will be a goosebumps moment awaiting for you.This movie is much darker when compared with other marvel movies and also the Humor scenes worked out very well. Technically the movie is brilliant in terms of Camera, Edit and VFX....Background music makes the film more intense and the dialogues were simply awesome..My favorite dialogue of the movie is the one where Thanos saying to Scarlett Witch " Today I Lost more than you can Know " when u see the movie you can understand the dialogue and you will feel how powerful it is and how much pain the character Thanos has..Finally coming to an end "This is the movie which is worth waiting for ten years" Verdict : Avengers:Infinity War is one of the movie marvel that Marvel studios made.

Just watched Mercury....Want to share the experience with everyone..Lets begin and as usual SPOILER FREE.... Mercury is undoubtedly another master piece from Karthick Subbaraj..It is a Silent movie means there were no dialogues in the film and there is also a strong reason for the film being silent..You can understand that within five minutes of the movie....The story revolves around five people who were accidentaly driven in to an old abandoned mercury factory and their attempts to escape from there....This film speaks about the environmental abuse by the corporates and also the emotions about life...It is a very short film where the running time of the movie is just 1hr and 48 mins...First half of the movie was little slow but it is needed to establish the characters. The film will start its phase before the interval and keep that until climax.....Interval will be a goosebumps like every other karthick movies....The best part of the movie was the climax as it shifts the genre from thriller to emotional....Hats off to the director...Artists who acted in this film were given their best including Prabhudeva.....The biggest challenge the director had in the film was the dialogues because for the past thirty years we didn't seen any silent films...Dialogues was the major part which will hold the audience if you want to remove dialogues then you have to be technically strong on the other side..On the technical part we got some extraordinary works from lot of people....Thiru, Cinematographer of the film known for his works in Hey Ram, Aalavandhan and 24 done an extraordinary work in the film...The colour tone that he maintained through out the film and showing differentiation among the views of characters and the angles handled by him were amazing....simply another mile stone in his career......Santhosh Narayanan ( Santa ) handled the background score of the film...there were no songs in the film....His music speaks more than dialouges....Art and Sound Designing of the film was out of world....Thumbs up for them as well Verdict : Must watch in theatre in DOLBY ATMOS

Yes...Finally the Kaala arrives....Had a chance of FDFS...Dream from childhood happened atlast...This is just my view on Kaala..not a review.....SPOILER FREE..... Kaala is a perfect Rajini film, It has all commercial elements that you can expect from a Rajini film. And on the same side, it has all the qualities of a Ranjith film..This time the director Ranjith used his chance and prooved that he can deliver a pakka rajini film. He corrected all his mistakes that he did in kabali. And one thing that missed in Rajini films for almost a decade is a perfect negative charter which can match the stardom of Rajini. So this movie has the answer for that how a negative character should be for Rajini..Yes Im talking about him, The man himself Mr.Nana Patekar. And the character development and execution of Nana Patekar is one of the best that i have seen ever. The first half of the fim is little slow but its needed, because of the number of characters involved in the film is too high. Each and every shot in the film has almost 15 well known artists. That time lag is much required to set the plot of the film as well. The best portion of the film is the triangular love story between Rajini, Eswari Rao and Huma Qureshi which resembles a bit of Maayanadhi from Kabali but still that looks good. Each and every actor in the movie had done their role well...Especially Eswari Rao and Samuthirakani are the only comical releif in the film. As i already mentioned Ranjith avoided the mistakes that he done in his previous films like the flashback portions were shown as illustrations instead of live action which holds your attraction..There are lot of research went behind the film...it literally portrayed how the people in Dharavi speaks their way of communication and their lifestyle. And the secret behind that is Art department...The set works were awesome..in some scenes you will feel like that the scene was shot on real slum.. Cinematography was handled very well in the movie..This being said, We have to talk about Mr. Santosh Narayan ( SaNa ) as usual did an awesome job...The understanding of rythm that this man got is mind blowing..He perfectly knows that where to score and where he has to under play....The BGM of the film is undoubtedly one of the best in recent times from SaNa..Finally coming to a conclusion If you ask me that " Is this a Rajini movie or Ranjith Movie ?".. I would say that " This is a movie which has both, mass elements for Rajini fans and a social message for a Ranjith movie....

KADAIKUTTY SINGAM Just watched Kadaikutty Singam, Directed by Pandiraj. Want to share the experience with everyone….SPOILER FREE. Overview : After a long time in Tamil cinema we got a chance to watch a full on family entertainer with no double meaning dialogues. Kadaikutty Singam is a movie which makes you to feel bad about the lifestyle that we are currently living. It clearly shows what we are missing in our life in the name of Urbanisation and modern life culture. Hats Off to Pandiraj on that. Even though the it is being promoted as a movie which speaks about Farmers and the importance of farming, It speaks about Family values more than that.. Let’s get in to the plot, Story: This story revolves around a family where Sathyaraj has five daughters and Karthi is the only son who is the youngest among them who has two nephews [Akka Ponnu]. And they have a crush with Karthi, but Karthi decided to marry a girl who is an outsider. When the family members came to know about this the whole family collapses, finally whether Karthi succeeds in his love and also reunited the family or not is the rest of the story. Direction: This story is one of the well known stories in Tamil cinema, we had almost more than 100 films in Tamil cinema with the same plot, but what differs this move from others and grab your attention towards the film is the way it being said and its making. First positive thing about the movie is casting where director nailed it with almost 33 characters and the next thing is the way that the characters are written, You can see each and every character of the film in your real life and casting the serial actors for the emotional characters is again a plus point where they can connect with you emotionally with their performance. And the next positive thing about the film is dialogues about Farmers and Joint family gets applause. There are chances where the movie and the performance of the actors get melodramatic but the director had a clear idea about what he wants out of them and he nailed it, especially on the climax there is a lengthy dialogue sequence with all the characters in the frame including Karthi, Sathyaraj and others which is one of the best and literally makes you cry. Casting: As is already said casting is one of the major plus of the film where Karthi nailed his performance as Kadaikutty Singam and of course the man himself Sathyaraj did his role at his best and the one liners and counters by Comedy actor Soori worked out really well and other characters like Priya Bhavani Shankar, Ilavarasan, Banu Priya, everyone did their role at their best Cinematography: Other than director and actors the main hero of the film is The Cinematographer Mr. Velraj, who gave a different feel to the film, The framing and movements that he handled was very excellent throughout the film and especially the colour tone that he handled was like a painting, The way that he captured the Bull Race [Rekla Race] was awesome . Verdict: Finally, Kadaikutty Singam is a movie which makes you to think about you family at least once while watching the movie----MUST WATCH with your entire Family.
