I don't know who the author is, but he writes like I did in middle school.. seriously. So sad to say, but the worst of my ito collection. It's illustrations were good as always. Surprised by the short stories and not a manga. Probably by my own doing not looking into it enough though. Not worth the price imo, but another piece into you ito work puzzle.
