The acting was fine, I think Margot Robbie was a great choice for Barbie. However it was basically a movie of 3rd wave feminist tropes and talking points. Basically, beating down the innate leadership traits of men, basically no nuance whatsoever, the end had a little bit of light in saying "yes it's hard to be human" I think they could have down a much better job with it! Some parts were funny but overall I mostly just rolled my eyes at most of the message of the film.
