I really have only been putting hours into this game simply for the nostalgia. It's a fun idea but the fans deserve better. Not a game that can't handle loading anything 5 feet away from the character with an open world that's mostly just fields and some rocks. I really wanted this to be great but it just feels like we keep going backwards. Maybe Gamefreak needs to reach out to other studios for advice on how to manage these details.
