The book was fine, however, I purchased the hard cover book from WildFit but was delayed in getting the physical copy so I ordered it on Kindle. I emailed the company requesting cancellation of the order long before it shipped. I received a response that my email was received. I did not receive a response that they would cancel the order as requested. I did received shipping confirmation and again emailed stating I wanted to cancel my order. I had no response so I emailed again 1 week later. I received another response that they would respond within 72 hours. I waited and no response. I replied as indicated in the acknowledgment email stating I had not received a response. I have received no other responses from Wildfit and am still awaiting instructions on how to return the physical book for a refund. I am very disappointed that I have not received any return/refund information and this makes me question the company as a whole. I recommend not doing business with this company.
