It is hard to capture essence, beauty, pain, and race in a movie. It is also hard to catch what we perceive as God individually. This film shot in 2017 did the best it could with a powerful message and is a beautiful movie. It may not have been an academy award winning movie for some but to others it is just medication for the soul the doctor prescribed. I thought it was a great movie. And think that If the bar most carry so high would just be lowered a bit, they might get a little more joy out of life…,and there arms wouldn’t be so tired.
