I began listening to this book on a long car journey and definitely made the right choice. It is informative regarding a subject matter that even the most progressive cis will benefit from. The storyline is in true Jodi Picoult fashion. I found myself thinking that the authors really did a tremendous job researching in order to write the characters. Perhaps those reviewers who complained and criticized harshly regarding the content should have never delved into it in the first place if the material made them uncomfortable or they weren’t ready to open their minds. I couldn’t get enough! Well done. Enjoy.
