IMO, this movie did not give the credit that Mr. Eiffel deserved. He was a brilliant architect and builder of bridges and many other buildings around the world. His only wife died 15 years after they married leaving 5 children for him to care for and never remarried. Surely I would think he was not a womanizer and his character in this movie is blackened in the way he is portrayed. I would rather view him as a genius and a gentleman and who didn't spend much time thinking about women nor his next conquest of the weaker sex. Furthermore, the casting was all off regarding Mr. Eiffel. He was much larger than the actor who is much smaller. Too bad this movie has failed in many ways in portraying more facts than fiction. So much for the writer's imagination and should stick to writing fiction.
