Bought the ps4 callisto protocol and I can't get past the first 5 min of the game ...it send out a code ce 34878-0 ..my gaming console has been upgraded thinking that might be it ...and for some reason that did not help so I bought a new game thinking that might be it and it did the same thing ...this is tne only game that I have a problem playing ..can anyone give me any advice ..please
