I loved this show so much. It really nailed what John Byrne and team set out to do in the comics and was just a breath of fresh air at a time when comic book turned movies/shows were taking themselves either too seriously or being TOO self aware (The Boys). Just a classic sitcom with a sprinkle of mutation and VIOLA.

So far I agree with the pessimists here. It feels almost identical to the movie script wise, so there are no surprises and Zoe Kravitz is way to hot to pull off being a helpless sap who can't find love. The music could be updated to reflect all of the stuff that's happened in the 23 years since the movie came out...
