FF16’s combat really gave me Devil May Cry vibes. It is amazing! You have to be creative to string combos, and that’s what makes it so exciting. There are QTE moments that are intense and it keeps your blood pumping. I’m actually kind of glad that the areas aren’t gigantic or open world like most RPG games these days. It’s overwhelming when devs do that, and it gets easily boring. This is just perfect. The voice acting and story is great as well. It reminds me a bit of Game of Thrones. Dont forget to hit the touch pad button once in a while to read the lore! My only honest issue with this is that the framerate drops a few times, especially when there’s a heavy amount of particles flying around. Hopefully that gets patched real quick!
