I can't believe the buyers who want the main bedroom in the back so the intruder will find the children first but the parents will be safer. How nice of them. Then there are the parents who fear having a pool because of their small children which BTW can be taught how to swim plus there are pool alarms for gates and doors leading to the pool area. Then there are the buyers who complain about the work necessary to maintain a pool or the cost. My large pool took my husband 10 mins a week to keep clean and $50 a month on average cost. I do find the housing and pricing interesting.
