We watch a lot of NFL games and many shows on AMAZON PRIME however when we watch the Thursday night NFL game on Amazon prime, out reception is unacceptable. The tampa bay game a couple weeks ago played without sound for the majority of the game, coming on randomly for a minute or two then silent for 5-20 minutes. Tonight the video keeps freezing and the sound comes and goes. Seriously? The NFL needs to stop seeking endless millions of $ and start caring about those of us who are devoted fans.
