The reason I ever bought a video game was I walked in a room and saw people playing Resident Evil 2, Leon was in a sewer being chased by a giant alligator. It was amazing and I've played every Resident Evil on every platform of since. I think this show plays to my experience in early resident evil games far more than any of the live action movies. I was originally thrown off by the casting but the longer I was in Netflixs Resident Evil world I enjoyed it. It's an awesome experience don't let reviewers caught up in their own biases stop you from going on this new resident evil journey, it is absolutely worth your time.
