One star is even to much for this company .This is a worthless excuse for a cable,internet,and phone company do not use them most of their employees will lye to you saying what they think you want to hear . In December 2019 I had went 24 hours with out internet when I called the employee told me that he processed a credit for my next bill it never happened. June 4-2020 I called and canceled my service after month's of one issue after another and for them to pick up the cable box I still had as I refuse to be charged for equipment like the last time I changed companies make sure you get a receipt cause they will try to charge you for it even though you drop it off at the office they are professional SCAMMER'S
