Sad, but good. The only reason I don't give it five stars is that it was sold as a 'fun' movie, like Turner and Hooch or K9. Definitely not, but still good.

Not very good. It could have been but way too much political ideology derailing an okay story. Plus, they got it wrong anyway. Stop and frisk literally only happens in major cities like New York. It wouldn't even be a debate in a small farmtown like Smallville.
