Rebel Moon I feel is made on the train of the Snyder Cut of Justice League - which in itself is a film I find great, 4-5 stars. But this film I just don't feel moved at all, or emotional for any characters. It feels as though it were a series of episodes, trimmed to their last 10 minutes and slammed together to create something which is visually decent but ultimately grey. I believe Zack Snyder peaks in his work when associated with DC cinema, whereas other films such as this, or Army Of The Dead, are alright at best. 300 is an exception to this - I loved that film. Perhaps Zack Snyder is just not very consistent in quality, but I'm afraid I can only give this film 2 stars.
