I love Alex Guarnaschelli. I thought the first season of Ciao House was super pretentious and I hated that the contestants could vote each other out based on how threatening they found them. I thought they’d resolve some of the kinks in season 2. They did not. It’s still intensely pretentious and those who excel are shamelessly targeted so the most qualified chef cannot possibly win unless they have a stellar personality. Super annoying and nearly unwatchable.
