I loved the movie. Will Smith is such a versatile actor. He is able to emote perfectly. It is a beautifully touching story. HOWEVER the scene with Rosario Dawson after she discovers he fixed her printer and they become intimate the song choice RUINS it. It sounded like two keys were stuck together. They played it through THE ENTIRE SCENE then off and on for the rest of the movie. I don’t know if the song was meant to forshadowing or if the music director needs to rethink their career but...It may sound odd to others but as a musician the music absolutely sets the tone and that song choice ended up killing the vibe. I still loved the rest of the movie however I had to mute portions where that “nails on chalkboard” song was playing.
