From the moment the movie began, it was chaotic and disorganized. The character development was extremely poor, centering on a girl named Furiosa who seeks revenge for her mother's murder, witnessed firsthand. Unfortunately, the director seemed to overcomplicate the plot and appeared uncertain about the story's direction.
The action scenes were repetitive, making this film a disappointment to the "Mad Max" franchise. The plot wandered aimlessly, leaving viewers disengaged and frustrated.Regarding the direction and cinematography, the film’s visual style, although initially striking, quickly became monotonous and tiresome. Despite high production values, the constant onslaught of chaotic action scenes lacked the creativity and excitement of previous entries in the series.
Even the cinematography couldn’t compensate for the film’s fundamental flaws.Anya Taylor-Joy, the lead actress, was underutilized in this film. Her portrayal of Furiosa was hindered by a script that offered little character depth or development, leaving the audience bewildered.
Throughout the movie, I found myself feeling sleepy and bored, eagerly waiting for it to end.
This movie doesn’t even deserve one star; I’d give it a 0/0. Don’t bother booking your tickets.
