Never read the books, as a stand alone movie it’s visually stunning and has beautiful characters with an engaging storyline

Cgi and general story still hold up nearly 20yrs later, nothing really like it in the genre.

As someone who’s read LOTR and the hobbit I like how they’ve portrayed Tolkien’s universe and think it’s a great watch. Some LOTR fans just hate women and new adaptions to 20th century concepts, don’t let this deter you, it’s worth it.

While I can’t compare Andor to the Mandalorian they are both equally fantastic shows and I would even say I enjoyed Andor more in parts. Andor brought so much character depth to Star Wars on both sides of divides which I think we’ve all secretly wanted for years. The acting, writing and story is phenomenal, up there with the very best of Star Wars and sci fi in my opinion.
