The pace of the story is fast and it introduces characters early to help move the narrative. But it still invokes feelings of joy and comfort seeing characters long cherished come to life. Everyone know when a live action remake of a anime like Avatar and by extension One piece changes has to be made and story lines must be shortened or elements eliminated. But the writers and directors did a great job of making the story fresh and new while keeping the nostalgia for the original show going. Pushing Easter eggs for the sake of Diehard Avatar fan happy. Over all a great show and hope Netflix sign on for more seasons so the current cast can stay age appropriate. A 5 out of 5 for me
