The idea of an indigenous superhero seemed like a great concept and would have been an awesome story. This was not it. I'm not sure if it was the editing or the writing of the story itself but I kept asking questions throught the series. There were misconnects and parts that were left out. I'd really like this story so i say...go back to the writing table and redo this one again and get someone else to edit.

Even though the music was good, I had a hard time getting past them going to church and the pastor cussing. I am one for watching black movies...I actually look for them. This slightly missed the mark. They could've done without the cussing and the provocative dancing in this slightly religious movie. It was too much Sister Act 2, Perfect Pitch meets Fighting Temptations...we have beat "the underdog choir winning" theme to a pulp.
