Certainly mixing up some feelings... I have no idea what Jodi is doing but if it's as I suspect...a truly flawed detective who beats up and cuss' drunk ol'adies, while openly degrading every person around her except the young boy: racist, sexist if not sexually abusive flippantly casting off one liners about who her colleague gets to fallate him. will barely seventeen thicken the plot at any point? Half jesting... I haven't heard much comment about how consistently damaged they seem to be. The rape, dare I say it, of a boyfriend...is it still rape if it arouses...the internet would seem to say ya both ways...along with guilt Season 2, the other season that is not narrated from the future (with all it's tidy inconsistencies ironed out over the years). There she says something like, "let's not over think it!" This time the boyfriend realizes the ongoing infraction and says he won't open the door next time. She deserves that in the very least. Unless...maybe he secretly finds the abuse arousing. The boyfriend, likely a one- or two-nighter it looked, couldn't keep up... ...she had already moved on...irredeemable I'm afraid. Maybe, I have just become complacent in my 'pilot comfort'...maybe what I need is some good ol' fashioned discomfort. Been a while since any show or movie whispered in my ear: sit back and relax. This is gonna hurt.
