As a single mother with a at times, problematic child, I can identify with the struggles the mother went through. It was frustrating though, to see how the child lacked such discipline. It’s ok to be creative, unique and a wild imagination- my child does too! But the problem comes when the child begins to believe their “truths” and their “lies as truths” 100%. Or how ignoring rules and putting themselves and others lives at harm to push and prove their point is ok. Parents deal with such issues in real life. Reality, counseling and loving discipline must come into play without destroying the child’s light.
But then again, I think that Failure has some mental and behavioral health issues as well.
It was an ok movie though. I was able to laugh but glad my child had fallen asleep while watching. I didn’t want them to think that Failures actions were ok...
