I just watched a episode of the people court that really made me mad. Simple law. The case was about a lady that sued another lady because she claimed that while traveling at 65 mph down the freeway one car length behind the other car that ice came off the car and broke her windshield. Open and shut case. Traveling to close. The law is clear you are to have one car length for every ten mph of travel. How did the judge not have the legal sense to see this? This really disappoints me in the judge
