I have never really been a huge fan of Rick Riordan. I started the Percy Jackson series but the second book (sea of monsters) was just written in such a childish way that I didn't continue with the series afterwards. But then, on a whim, I went to my nearest bookstore and picked this up, and let me just say that I was just hooked from the first page. Even though there was like only one big plot twist in the book, it was still such a cozy read. The characters were funny and relatable. There is one thing that I don't see enough in books, and that is the villains have no lighter and more humane side, but that wasn't the case here. Whether you like reading slightly scientific books or not, go and grab a copy.

Twin crowns is.... well, I don't really know how to explain it. The story is interesting, the characters are relatable and the writing style is fun to read. However, even though the stakes of this book are really really high, the characters are just......pretty chill to be honest, laughing and playing around when people around them are dying, so that was kind of weird, but other than that, it was fun to read. Good if you want something light hearted to read .

I'll be honest. Plot was good. Writing style was fun, but the sequence of things wasn't really thought out. The story was predictable, and there weren't any really mysterious things, I mean it was nice, but I wouldn't call it a really big mystery. If you are someone looking for a cosy mystery, then this is the book for you

11/10 must read. I did some ugly crying on this book. Still loved it. Great for people who like spin offs of traditional stories.

This is a heart wrenching book . it follows the story of Amal, the daughter of a orange farmer. she lives in a Pakistani Village where boys are encouraged to get a good education but women don't have that liberty. It helps you understand how many people they are in this world that would give anything to have the things that you take for granted. I only gave it four stars because I didn't like the ending.

The School Of Good And Evil is an amazing book. The characters are wonderfully written, and the writing style contains a lot of imagery which makes you feel as though you are standing with the characters. If you are a fan of the Harry Potter series by J.K Rowling or Nevermoor series by Jessica Townsend then the School of Good And Evil books is a must !!!
